Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Recruiter (IT) fresher to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented IT professionals to support our growing business. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT recruitment and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records
  • Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks
  • Build a positive candidate experience by timely communication and follow-ups
  • Learn and understand different IT roles and technologies to identify right-fit candidates


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and technology sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and skills is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Experience: 0–2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR (Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply).
