🗓 Experience: 5–8 years

🎯 Focus: Volume Hiring

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring

Drive a team of 4-6 Talent Acquisition Executives.

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to build hiring funnels for Sales, Operations, and Civil Engineering roles

Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics

Experience in fast-growing/startup environments is a plus

What you’ll do:

Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-volume roles

Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan hiring

Build scalable sourcing channels

Improve TAT, quality of hire, and candidate experience

Lead and mentor a TA team
