Role Description
Looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our growing KPO Practice in Chennai.
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Domain Expertise: Professional Services hiring – US Audit, US Tax, CAAS & Advisory Services
- Key Strengths: Stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, niche hiring, and recruitment analytics
- Preferred Background: Experience with Big4 or similar Professional Services firms and exposure to global/US-centric hiring or BFSI hiring

Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
- Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the company’s image as a desirable workplace
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting practices and strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
