About the Role

Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is looking for a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with proven expertise in hiring for VLSI and Semiconductor domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage hiring strategies, partner with stakeholders, and ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles including RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Synthesis, PV, EMIR, Analog, IO, PMIC Circuit/Layout, AMS & DMS
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand manpower requirements and build effective hiring plans
  • Source top technical talent using multiple channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and internal databases
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche semiconductor roles
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable)
  • Improve recruitment processes, dashboards, and metrics
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with HR, operations, and project teams for smooth onboarding
  • Manage multiple requirements and deliver within defined timelines


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in the VLSI/Semiconductor domain
  • Strong understanding of roles such as RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Synthesis, PV, EMIR, Analog, IO, PMIC Circuit/Layout, AMS & DMS
  • Proven track record in closing niche and senior-level positions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume and critical hiring requirements
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term candidate relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
