Vridora is building a premium real estate advisory platform focused on luxury estates, farmland investments, and curated land opportunities for high-net-worth clients.
As we expand across Delhi NCR and multiple cities in India, we are building a high-performance team across sales, operations, marketing, and technology.
To support this growth, we are looking for a sharp Talent Acquisition Lead who can identify, attract, and hire top performers quickly.
This is a high ownership recruitment role responsible for building teams across multiple functions and cities.
You will work directly with the leadership team to build the core team for Vridora across India.
We need someone who understands market salary benchmarks, can identify quality talent quickly, and close candidates efficiently.
- Lead hiring for sales, operations, marketing, HR, and support roles
- Build strong talent pipelines for Noida and upcoming Pan-India offices
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, recruitment networks, and referrals
- Screen candidates and conduct first-level interviews
- Coordinate hiring rounds with department heads
- Ensure quick hiring turnaround times
- Track salary benchmarks and talent availability
- Understand hiring trends across real estate, sales, marketing, and startup ecosystem
- Build structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Improve Vridora’s talent positioning in the market
- Work on job descriptions, hiring campaigns, and recruiter outreach
We are looking for someone who is efficient, proactive, and well-networked in the hiring ecosystem.
Preferred Experience:
- 3–7 years experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Experience hiring for sales teams, startups, or real estate companies
- Strong sourcing ability on LinkedIn, Naukri, and hiring networks
- Ability to close candidates quickly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Speed in execution
- Strong judgement in identifying good talent
- Organized and detail-oriented
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
