Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle the complete hiring process by drafting job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and publishing job openings on online portals and recruitment platforms.
• Review and assess resumes to identify and shortlist applicants whose qualifications, experience, and competencies best match the organization’s requirements.
• Carry out preliminary telephonic interactions with candidates to evaluate their suitability, explain job responsibilities, and assist them through the recruitment stages.
• Work closely with hiring managers and applicants to organize interview schedules, ensuring the recruitment process remains smooth, systematic, and time-efficient.
• Maintain updated and well-structured recruitment records, including candidate details, interview feedback, and hiring status, while also supporting onboarding formalities and HR-related documentation.
