Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team in executing daily recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• The intern will be expected to contribute to the recruitment pipeline with measurable daily activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Screen candidate resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone interactions with candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline tracking in the recruitment system
• Support campus hiring initiatives and talent outreach programs
• Assist with experiments using AI-powered recruitment tools

Expected Daily Activity Targets

• ​Make minimum 50 candidate outreach calls per day
• Screen 70–80 resumes per day
• Submit 10 shortlisted candidates per day to the hiring team
• Coordinate 3–4 candidate interviews per day
• These targets help build a consistent hiring pipeline for the organization.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

• Open to graduates or final-year students from any degree program
• Candidates who are graduating in 2025 or 2026 batches are eligible
• Candidates must have no active backlogs / arrears.
• Candidates must have studied in English-medium education

Internship Commitment:

• Must be available for a full-time internship for 6 months
• Students currently attending regular college classes are not eligible
• Examination leave can be accommodated with prior approval

• Location: Katpadi, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu
• Work Mode: 100% On-site
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
