Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Freelancer/Intern. In this role, you will assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions. Additional responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, collaborating with hiring managers, and supporting data-driven hiring decisions. You will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline and enhancing the efficiency of our recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and resume analysis skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, job postings, and interview coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of recruitment in industries like IT, Engineering, or FMCG is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
