Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)

Location: Sec-63, Noida (Onsite)

Timings: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate databases and reports
• Support the TA team in daily recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment
• Basic understanding of the hiring process is a plus
