Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

📍 Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

🕒 Shift: UK Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

📅 Experience: 1–3 Years

We’re hiring for a fast-growing startup client based in Technopark, Trivandrum — and we’re not looking for someone who just “fills roles.”

We need someone who figures things out, takes action, and builds teams from the ground up.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage and execute the complete onboarding cycle for new hires
  • Handle employee profiling and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Actively source candidates using multiple channels and strategies
  • Work across HR + HR Operations (a strong mix of both worlds)
  • Hire for IT and non-IT roles (IT hiring experience preferred)
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
  • Coordinate and manage interviews for candidates across India & the UK
  • Be hands-on with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team on hiring strategies
  • Leverage AI tools and modern hiring techniques to improve efficiency
  • Build and scale teams in a fast-growing startup environment


🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
  • Strong exposure to IT hiring
  • Excellent communication skills (you’ll be dealing with global stakeholders)
  • Someone who is:

  • Resourceful (“figure-it-out” mindset)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
