Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, and should be comfortable handling IT or Non-IT hiring. Mass hiring or sales hiring experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Handle IT, Non-IT, Sales, or mass hiring requirements as needed
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn
• Prior experience in sales hiring or mass hiring preferred
• Experience in IT or Non-IT hiring
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
