We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional with 1–2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. Candidates with an MBA in HR are highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and excellent communication in English.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Post jobs on portals and social platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closures and positive candidate experience.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• MBA in HR – Highly Preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.
