What You?ll Be Doing : Learn how to source and identify top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others. Conduct initial screenings and interact with candidates, making them feel valued and heard. Maintain candidate records, reports, and updates in ATS and Excel with accuracy. Gain hands-on exposure to Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes. Assist in coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. ?? Who you are: Curious to learn about tech hiring and recruitment. Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken). Adaptability: ready to learn, unlearn, and grow in a fast-paced environment. People skills : ability to connect and build rapport with candidates. Attention to detail : organised and mindful while handling multiple tasks. A positive attitude with a growth mindset. ??
