Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 3–5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Negotiate compensation within approved salary ranges and facilitate the offer process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain recruitment data, hiring reports, and applicant tracking systems with accuracy.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking events when required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for multiple roles simultaneously across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
