What You'll Do:

You'll own end-to-end recruitment across departments, manage HR operations (payroll, compliance, employee records), drive performance management, and partner with senior leadership on people strategy. This is a high-ownership role where you'll directly shape how we attract, develop, and retain top talent in the Investment Banking and Private Credit space.

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in HR with hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience
• Strong grasp of employee lifecycle
• hiring to exit
• Familiarity with HRIS tools, labour laws, and compliance frameworks
• Leadership ability
• Commerce background is strongly preferred (B.Com / M.Com / MBA with commerce foundation)
