We're looking for a strategic recruiting partner to act as a brand ambassador, build strong relationships with our hiring leaders, and guide candidates through an exceptional hiring experience. If you have a background in IT recruiting and a passion for the healthcare space, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interviews, and offer closure. Partner with hiring leaders to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and set clear timelines. Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for technology roles using a variety of creative sourcing strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a respectful and engaging experience throughout the process. Use hiring data and market insights to inform your strategy and continuously improve our recruitment processes. What You'll Bring 3?5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technology hiring in the corporate sector. Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Curiosity and an openness to learning new tools, technologies, and market trends. Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, assessment tools). Why Altera?
