Job Description - Talent Acquisition Associate
Location - Bangalore
Mode of Work - Work From Office (WFO)

At Even Healthcare, we are building a healthcare ecosystem that puts people first. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing People & Culture team.
This role will support end-to-end recruitment activities while also handling coordination and
operational tasks across hiring and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized,
people-focused, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, including bulk hiring
● Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals,
and internal databases
● Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, communication, and interest
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
● Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS)
● Support bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives, including logistics and
coordination
● Prepare and release offer letters and ensure timely communication with selected and
non-selected candidates
Coordination & HR Operations
● Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to monitor progress and closures
● Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding documentation (ID proofs, forms, background verification, etc.)
● Work closely with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and system access
● Manage interview calendars and candidate communication efficiently
● Draft and share HR communications related to hiring, onboarding, and internal updates
● Assist in organizing induction programs, HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions
● Provide general HR and administrative support as required
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or bulk hiring
● Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
● Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ATS
tools is a plus
