We are looking for a proactive and professional Talent Acquisition & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. This role combines HR operations, recruitment, client communication, and business development responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized in execution, and capable of managing both internal hiring operations and external client interactions.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and internal employee data
• Support HR operations and workplace coordination

• Create and maintain SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and internal operations
• Help improve operational workflows and documentation systems
• Ensure process consistency across teams

• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Coordinate project updates and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client coordination and requirement gathering

• Assist in lead generation and outreach
• Support partnership and client acquisition activities
• Coordinate with management for business growth initiatives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a startup environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
• Basic understanding of HR operations and business development
• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
