Role Description

The Tailing Dam Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of tailing dam construction projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, inspection, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires effective collaboration with on-site teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Donimallai, Bellary, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and budgeting
• Proven experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely procurement and delivery
• Proficiency in Inspection to maintain quality and adherence to safety standards
• Experience in Logistics Management for the coordination of materials, equipment, and supply chain processes
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of civil engineering practices, with a focus on tailing dam construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; advanced certifications in Project Management or relevant disciplines are a plus
• Previous experience managing projects in heavy construction or infrastructure is highly desirable
