Job Title: QA Engineer – T24 Testing (Lending / Core Banking)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced QA Engineers with strong Temenos T24 banking application testing experience to join our team on a six-month remote assignment. The engagement is expected to be extended based on individual performance and project requirements.

We have two openings:

• Role 1: T24 QA Engineer – Lending Domain
• Role 2: T24 QA Engineer – Core Banking

The ideal candidates should possess strong functional testing expertise, excellent understanding of banking business processes, and hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of T24 implementations.

Role 1 – QA Engineer (T24 Lending)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for T24 Lending modules.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate lending workflows including loan origination, loan servicing, repayments, interest calculations, disbursements, settlements, and closures.
• Execute end-to-end testing across integrated banking applications.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through closure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support production validation and release activities whenever required.

Role 2 – QA Engineer (T24 Core Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Temenos T24 Core Banking modules.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases from business and functional requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Validate core banking transactions, customer lifecycle, accounts, deposits, and related banking operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Log, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes.
• Support release verification and production validation activities.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of QA experience in Banking.
• Strong experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking Testing.
• Good understanding of core banking business processes.
• Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong test design and defect management skills.
• Knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API testing.
• SQL/database validation experience.
• Automation testing exposure is desirable.

Common Requirements

• 6–10 years of QA experience in Banking.
• Strong experience with Temenos T24.
• Excellent understanding of banking business processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote Agile environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Immediate to 30 days' notice period is highly preferred.
