Mode: Contract (3 Months possible extension)? Years of experience: 15+ Years?? Shift :?UK Shift? About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced? SyteLine Integration SME ?with? 15+ years ?of expertise in integrating Infor? SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ?with internal and external systems. The ideal candidate should have deep technical-functional knowledge of SyteLine integration frameworks, APIs, IDOs, ION, and external system communication. This role will drive integration architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead integration architecture and solution design for SyteLine/CSI. Design and implement integrations using? Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework , and custom extensions. Analyze integration requirements and map them to SyteLine capabilities. Build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps. Manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations. Work with cross-functional teams (Technical, Functional, Manufacturing, Finance, SCM). Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange. Support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL). Ensure integration security standards, data validation, and performance tuning. Prepare technical design documents, mapping sheets, and API documentation. Provide guidance and best practices for scalable and reusable integration patterns. Required Skills 15+ years ?of working experience in? Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) . Strong hands-on experience with: Infor ION ?(ION Desk, ION API, ION Workflow) IDOs / IDO Methods Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XML Mongoose Framework Event System & Alerts Expertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues. Strong SQL skills and experience with SyteLine database structures. Experience integrating SyteLine with external systems (CRM, MES, WMS, Finance apps, custom portals). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization abilities. Good understanding of SyteLine functional modules and data model.
