The Systems Support Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert to solve business problems both small and large and will be a main player in the support, enhancement, and configuration of our Pronto ERP solution as well as other proprietary business systems. Below are the role's responsibilities, but is not limited to

  • :Act as the primary administrator for the Pronto ERP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and security
  • .Customize, configure, and maintain Pronto modules according to business needs and requirements
  • .Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and other IT teams to identify, document, and implement system enhancements
  • .Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular system audits to identify potential improvements
  • .Perform configuration and business process testing for Pronto requests. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs
  • .Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth system deployments with minimal disruptions
  • .Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • .Collaborate with finance teams to understand their reporting, analysis, and transactional needs
  • .Configure and enhance finance modules within Pronto, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
  • .Recommend and implement solutions to enhance system capabilities and overall business performance
  • .Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • .Work collaboratively with the Project Support Team to proactively share information and foster continued learning and development
