- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
- Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
- Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
