An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Systems Administrator to join a dynamic European IT team supporting operations across the Netherlands and Germany.

The Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining critical IT infrastructure, supporting users, and improving operational systems across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with the IT Team Lead and collaborate with international colleagues on impactful IT projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting the Navision BC/2009 ERP system
• Installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software
• Troubleshooting network, server, and user issues
• Providing help desk support through an ITSM system
• Maintaining IT documentation and preventative maintenance schedules
• Supporting process and production equipment
• Managing security for computers, servers, and network infrastructure
• Traveling monthly to the German site near Mainz

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and repairs
• Experience with Navision BC and version 2009
• Strong MS Office skills
• Background in IT customer support
• Fluent English communication skills
• Flexibility to travel within the Netherlands and Germany
