Job Description: Systems Administrator & Data Analyst ? Facility Inspection App Organization: NDR Group (NDR InvIT, NDR Asset Management Pvt. Ltd.?and NDR Warehousing Pvt. Ltd) Location: Mumbai Reports To: Director of NDR InvIT Role Overview The Systems Administrator & Data Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company?s in-house Facility Inspection App used across warehouses, industrial parks, and logistics assets. The role blends system administration, data governance, analytics, reporting, and process optimization, ensuring that inspection workflows, reports, and insights remain accurate, reliable, and actionable. Key Responsibilities 1. System Administration Manage user onboarding, access rights, and role-based permissions. Configure inspection forms, templates, workflows, and scoring logic. Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades or fixes. Ensure data backups and system hygiene. Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive actions. 2. Data Management & Data Quality Ensure accuracy and consistency of inspection data. Standardize checklists and naming conventions. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies. 3. Analytics & Reporting Develop dashboards and scorecards. Analyze inspection findings to identify trends. Prepare monthly/quarterly analytics reports. 4. Process Improvement Optimize inspection workflows. Recommend automation and feature enhancements. Train teams on app updates and best practices. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Support operations, maintenance, and asset teams. Liaise with vendors or internal development teams. Serve as the single point of contact for system queries. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) System uptime and issue resolution speed Accuracy of inspection data Adoption and usage across sites Timeliness of dashboards Reduction in recurring asset issues User satisfaction and training effectiveness Qualifications & Experience Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Certifications in analytics or SQL preferred. 2?4 years in system administration, analytics, or facility-tech fields. Experience in industrial, warehousing, or logistics operations preferred. Technical Skills Experience with inspection/field-service apps. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL. Understanding of workflow design.
