We are hiring an Endpoint Management Architect to lead complex UEM, identity, security, and migration initiatives for enterprise customers across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions using Omnissa Workspace ONE and related technologies.
• Architect scalable, highly available, secure endpoint management environments supporting global enterprise customers.
• Lead migrations from legacy MDM platforms and Microsoft Intune to Workspace ONE with minimal business disruption.
• Design and implement Zero Trust and conditional access frameworks across endpoint, identity, and access management ecosystems.
• Configure and manage Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, AirWatch Cloud Connector, enrollment workflows, organization groups, and device management policies.
• Implement integrations across Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, PKI, and enterprise authentication platforms.
• Support Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management initiatives.
• Design compliance frameworks, device posture controls, endpoint security policies, and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot complex enrollment, authentication, application deployment, certificate, identity, and networking issues.
• Create architecture documentation, migration plans, implementation strategies, operational runbooks, and technical recommendations.
• Work closely with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable endpoint management solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices, automation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Workspace ONE, Intune, endpoint management, enterprise mobility, or UEM environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Workspace ONE UEM solutions.
• Deep understanding of endpoint management technologies including Workspace ONE, AirWatch, Intune, and related MDM/UEM platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale endpoint management migrations and modernization projects.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and identity management technologies.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust, conditional access, compliance, and endpoint security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
• Experience with certificate-based authentication, PKI, SCEP, enterprise directory services, and security integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, application deployment, networking, and compliance issues independently.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, systems integration, managed services, or technology environments.
