System Analyst

At Dexian, we are looking to hire a System Analyst with 4+ years of experience in .NET Core, PowerShell, Git, React, and Azure.

Work Location: Noida - Onsite deployment at the client’s location.

Work Mode: Monday to Thursday in-office, with remote work on Friday.

Seeking candidates who can operate, automate, and stabilize a hybrid platform spanning Azure and private VM environments.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable owning infrastructure flow end‑to‑end, writing PowerShell‑driven automation, and supporting production‑grade services built on modern web and backend stacks.

Success in this role depends on strong systems thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work across applications, infrastructure, and deployment layers.

• Multiple independent backend services run on separate compute
• Services communicate via internal APIs
• Applications rely on a mix of:
• Managed cloud databases
• Local application storage
• Containerized services
• Observability, logging, and alerting are critical to diagnosing issues across layers

• Understand and manage service dependencies
• Own production incidents from detection to resolution

• Practical Git experience in a multi‑repo environment
