Salary: $55,000 to $90,000 Dependent on Experience (x2 roles)

Location: Dallas, Texas (Opportunity to work 1 day per week from home)

Experience working for an IT Provider / MSP is very beneficial.

My client is looking for a level 1 / level 2 engineer to join their helpdesk and also a Project Engineer to deliver migrations and exciting projects. 2 great opportunities.

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing IT services provider based in Dallas, serving a wide range of SMB clients.

This is the opportunity to join a fast paced MSP where you can be guided and moulded in to a great MSP engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide remote support for end users with the opportunity to go onsite
• Troubleshoot O365, Windows Server, Active Directory
• Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra, MFA
• Networking troubleshooting
• Printer, desktop, troubleshooting

Experience Required (1st / 2nd level):

• 1+ years of IT support experience (MSP)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory
• Exposure to Microsoft cloud products, M365, Teams, SharePoint etc.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts + a proactive, growth-driven mindset

Project Engineer role:

• Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 / Office 365 migration projects
• Configure and manage Azure AD / Entra ID synchronization (AD Connect)
• Perform file server to cloud migration projects
• Deploy and support hybrid Microsoft environments
