Job Description
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowlege in Server Configurations (disabling unused services) or VMware Virtualization, servers OS hardening methods.
- Act as Level 2 technical support for Heatlh Care facilities is preferdable.
- Handle high severity incidents and requests escalation.
- Manage physical server and storage.
- Perform periodic system patching and upgrades.
- Administer server backup and restoration.
- Administer VMware Virtualization servers.
- Administer Windows Active Directory.
- Plan and deploy fixes for Security hardening and vulnerability assessment report.
- Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and produce periodic capacity planning report.
- Document and update SOP.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
