Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support virtual server environments (VMware & Nutanix) ensuring high availability and performance
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services (IaaS, security, and infrastructure components)
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Active Directory)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, network, and infrastructure issues
- Ensure endpoint security, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices are implemented across systems
- Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure and connectivity for smooth operations
- Support automation and scripting activities for routine IT tasks (if applicable)
