Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an experienced System Administrator.

Non-negotiable, must have experience implementing Odoo and must have experience working in a real Estate Developer.

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network and system security, and optimizing IT performance to support business operations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining servers, managing storage systems, troubleshooting issues, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring data security protocols. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to assess and deploy technological solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
• Proficiency in system configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and software setup.
• Experience with managing security protocols, backup solutions, and ensuring data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with real estate or managed services industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in system or network administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA) is a strong plus.
