Job Title: Encompass Systems Administrator

Location: Tempe, AZ

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Encompass Systems Administrator to take ownership of a critical system transformation initiative. In this role, you’ll lead the transition to Encompass Web while improving system performance, automation, and user experience across a growing mortgage operation.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping how the organization uses its loan origination system.

What You’ll Do

System Administration & Optimization

• Manage and maintain the Encompass LOS platform (with a focus on Encompass Web)
• Build and optimize workflows, business rules, custom forms, and automation
• Support the full loan lifecycle from application to closing
• Configure loan programs, pricing, and rate lock policies
• Maintain document automation and eFolder structures
• Manage user access, roles, and system security

Encompass Web Migration (Key Focus)

• Lead and support migration from Encompass Desktop to Encompass Web
• Configure web-based workflows and system enhancements
• Test and validate system functionality before rollout

Integrations & Support

• Manage integrations with third-party tools (credit, compliance, document services, etc.)
• Troubleshoot APIs, plugins, and system issues
• Provide user support and create training materials

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure system setup aligns with mortgage regulations (TRID, HMDA, ECOA, RESPA)
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership
• Support regulatory data collection and reporting

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Encompass LOS administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Encompass Web
• Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, and system configuration
• Solid understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or plugins
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations

Nice to Have

• Encompass Administrator Certification
• 5+ years in the mortgage industry
• Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-state operations
• Advanced experience with Encompass Web customization
