System Administrator (Azure + Entra ID)

System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support Azure cloud PaaS environments, specifically Azure Container Apps (ACA), Service Bus, Event Grid, KeyVault, Redis and associated technologies
• Maintain Windows (2022/2025) and Linux (Oracle Linux 9+) Operating Systems
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users, analysts and engineers
• Support day-to-day operations and application deployments utilizing Azure DevOps pipelines
• Support troubleshooting on SaaS applications, including participating in incident response activities
• Coordinate with other Engineers, Support, and other stakeholders to provide technical solutions and improve overall technical health
• Improve resiliency, best practice standards, and efficiency for Gordian applications
• Create and maintain documentation 

 Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud environments
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Active Directory
• Experience with Linux (Oracle / RHEL) and docker
• Experience with EntraID
• Experience with Ansible and other automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
