Context

Next Accessories Ltd. is seeking a high-caliber System Administration Manager to oversee our complex IT ecosystem. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical mastery and strategic foresight. You will be responsible for leading a specialized team, ensuring 99.9% network uptime, maintaining ISO standards, and conducting critical feasibility studies for infrastructure expansion while managing sourcing capacity for all hardware and software needs.
Have to have hands-on experience working with innovative and the latest technologies, products, and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct technical & financial feasibility studies for IT infrastructure, cloud, and network expansion.
Manage procurement, vendor selection, and sourcing capacity for hardware & software.
Maintain centralized IT asset management and license compliance.
Administer Data Center, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VMware environments.
Oversee system performance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Direct, manage, and motivate the IT team, including Help Desk operations.
Implement and maintain ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 standards.
Manage IT security, DLP, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.
Maintain system reports, documentation, and change records

Requirements

Experience: At least 7 years
