Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Survey Programmer. The Survey Programmer will be responsible for creating and customizing online surveys, translating research objectives into dynamic programming scripts and questionnaires, and ensuring the functionality and accuracy of survey workflows. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and analysts, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing survey solutions, and handling data processing requirements. Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Market Research industry (mandatory) Proficient in programming and data processing tools and techniques Familiarity with survey scripting platforms such as Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools Knowledge of technical skills like Python, JavaScript, and basic front-end development for customizing survey logic and functionalities Experience in developing effective questionnaires and survey flows Strong communication skills for coordination with various teams and stakeholders Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field is preferred
