Must have skills required: Browser devtools, React Js, ES6, Type Script, Context API A Series A funded California based Software Development Company is Looking for: About The Role We are looking for a Support ReactJS Developer who can work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to debug, analyze, and fix production issues in our frontend codebase. The role is focused on maintaining reliability and ensuring smooth user experiences across our web applications. As part of our fast-paced startup environment, Support Developers will also contribute part of their working hours with Quality Assurance (QA) . This helps them gain deeper product context, improve knowledge transfer across releases, and align frontend fixes with user and backend behavior. You will primarily work during US hours (11pm to 3am IST) , with defined coordination time in India hours for team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Debug, analyze, and resolve production issues in ReactJS applications integrated with GraphQL and Node.js APIs. Review and optimize frontend performance, rendering efficiency, and API response handling. Work with QA teams during regression and release testing to understand new features and validate bug fixes. Contribute to frontend testing and validation of user flows before production release. Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to identify and fix integration or deployment-related issues. Document recurring issues, debugging steps, and fix patterns to improve future turnaround times. Participate in post-release reviews and ongoing improvements to the support and QA process. Technical Skills Core Expertise: Strong debugging experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, React Router). Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Additional Skills: Experience using browser DevTools, React Profiler, and performance auditing tools. Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab. Familiarity with build and deployment pipelines (Webpack, Vite, CI/CD). Basic understanding of backend integration and how APIs interact with frontend components. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear and concise communication with cross-functional teams. Ownership mindset focused on long-term quality and user experience. Comfortable working primarily in US hours with defined overlap in India time. Adaptable to a high-velocity startup environment and willing to learn through QA participation. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in SaaS or production-scale React applications. Exposure to multi-tenant systems or component-driven architectures.
