Are you passionate about troubleshooting, debugging, and delivering exceptional technical support? Join Yosi Health as a Technical Support Engineer and play a key role in supporting a leading patient engagement platform used by healthcare providers across the United States.
Position: Technical Support Engineer
Employment: Full-Time Consultant (Engagement via Consultancy)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Work Hours: EST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday)
What You'll Do- Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
- Support L1 support agents and implementation teams with technical guidance.
- Reproduce, document, and escalate bugs with clear impact analysis.
- Independently fix low-complexity issues within the codebase.
- Troubleshoot web applications, APIs, and integration-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and support runbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Software Engineering, or QA
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience working with web applications, APIs, and software troubleshooting
✅ Excellent written communication skills
✅ Availability to work EST business hours consistently
Nice to Have- Experience with Healthcare SaaS or Health IT
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Developer with React JS, Node JS and Php
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar ticketing tools
- Technical documentation or runbook creation experience
