Job Description

We are looking for a Dev Escalation Engineer (L4) with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and backend application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production debugging, root cause analysis, log analysis, code fixes, performance optimization, incident management, and monitoring tools, with excellent troubleshooting skills in SLA-driven production environments.
