Support Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Associate to join the marketplace operations team at LX India. In this role, you will support sellers throughout their journey—from onboarding and product listing to resolving queries and maintaining high-quality catalog information.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless seller experience by providing timely assistance, maintaining accurate product data, and collaborating with internal teams to support daily marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers with registration, onboarding, and account setup on the marketplace.
• Guide sellers through the product listing process and provide support for self-listing.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other catalog information.
• Review product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Respond to seller queries via phone, email,and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Educate sellers on marketplace policies, listing standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, onboarding activities, and catalog updates.
• Monitor listing quality and recommend improvements to enhance the overall seller experience.
• Support day-to-day marketplace operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling.
• Experience in customer support, seller support, product listing, catalog management, data entry, or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business requirements.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
