Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Supply Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG and RETAIL Sector preferred.
• Experience in leading team of Supply Planning experts.
• Hands on experience of working on planning tools like Blue Yonder(BY/JDA) and ERP execution tools like SAP ECC.
• Good understanding of planning methodologies like heuristics, Replenishment planning and Inventory optimization, etc
• Deep expertise understanding of analysing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Work with clients and create customized solutions for Supply Chain Analytics and other Business Analytics
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
• 10+ years on supply planning of which minimum 2-4 years is team management.
• Good understanding of collaboration tools like Infor nexus (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI Platform
• Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
• Ability to lead and motivate teams working in a diverse multi-cultural environment
