About Us

We are an early-stage start-up operating at the intersection of sports and technology, building innovative solutions for the sports ecosystem.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage and streamline supply chain operations in a fast-paced start-up environment.

If you enjoy ownership, vendor management, operations, and solving real-world challenges while building systems from the ground up, this role offers first hand exposure to scaling a start-up.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing operational execution and supply-side coordination across the ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain and operational activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers
• Identifying and solving day-to-day supply chain challenges
• Supporting partner onboarding and operational alignment where required
• Working on operational planning and execution strategies
• Monitoring timelines, deliveries, and partner performance to ensure reliability
• Travelling extensively across Delhi NCR to manage on-ground coordination

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in operations, and supply chain management
• Preference will be given to graduates from Sports Management, Operations, Business, or related fields
• Communicates confidently and manages stakeholder relationships effectively
• Is comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR (travel reimbursement will be provided)
• Thrives in a high-ownership and fast-paced start-up environment
• Can manage ambiguity, multitask, and execute quickly
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Is willing to travel frequently and work on-ground when required
