Role Description

Role: Supply Chain Executive

Location: Ulsoor Road, Halasuru, Bengaluru

Working: 6 days (2- Saturday off), 2 Work from Home in a month

Salary: 4LPA - 5LPA

Job Description

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing:

• Maintain supply Dashboards – Daily MIS publishing
• E Way Bills / Challans / Stock segregation / dispatch (In and Out) (D2C/ Marketplace / Q Com) etc
• Manage first-mile and last-mile logistics operations.
• Utilize ERP and 3PL systems to validate reverse pickup shipments
• Stock Management at SFV – Accountability still remains with supply team
• Maintain proper documentation for all dispatches and warehouse transactions.
• Ensure timely movement of goods as per shared dispatch plans from supply team.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and ensure timely pickup

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/dispatch operations (experience with Q-commerce/marketplaces preferred) – Supply chain guys from similar platforms like Flipkart preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms and 3PL management systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with 3PL partners and ecommerce logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
