Job Description

Conducting supplier assessment, manufacturing feasibility studies
New product development; process qualifications, conducting FMEA studies, establishment of inspection methods and documentation protocols,
Development of QAPs/ITPs, QC procedures for in-house and outsourced manufacturing, ensuring effective implementation of controls
Conducting inspections at suppliers, planning and coordination for effective management of QC resources, coordination with TPIAs as per requirement
Quality documentation, preparing and reviewing quality dossiers, development, review and approval of WPS and PQRs
Capturing and analyzing deviations through inspections and process audits, conducting RCAs, collaborating with cross-functions in driving implementation of corrective actions.
Carrying out performance evaluations of suppliers, identifying areas of improvement, contributing to supplier development
Delivering training on inspection processes, lessons learnt, best practices in manufacturing and quality control, development of subordinates
Quality system performance monitoring, and data analysis: capturing data from inspections and supplier evaluations, analyzing trends, implementing changes, MIS presentations to management
