POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supplier Performance and Governance Manager will be responsible for driving disciple and high-performance culture among ETS’ Global Capability Centers and select Enterprise Vendors through regular monitoring and reporting. This role will actively support Director, Supplier Delivery and Performance Management in data driven decision making in order to scale appropriately in alignment with ETS’ strategy for overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Capability Centers Governance
- Drive end to end financial governance, including working with our partners to drive timely and accurate invoicing, invoice reconciliation and approvals, internal cost allocation to ETS departments, and raising and managing Purchase Orders to ensure timely payments
- Develop and maintain spend profile, savings profile and financial performance for GCC Centers through regular updates to the Financial Workbook
- Own the internal governance and reporting on GCC Centers as part of monthly Enterprise Operations Management reviews
- Act as the custodian of master data for contractually binding SLAs (service level agreements) and ORKs, key risks indicators and other operational excellence metrics across GCC Centers and support in compliance and performance reviews
- Work with GCC Center leads and HR to ensure that the documentation on GCC Demand Pipeline and fulfilled roles is complete and accurate
- Work with GCC Center teams to ensure that the established controls, processes and trackers are in place and updated regularly for effective monitoring
- Liaise with other ETS teams including HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Area led to ensure accurate internal reporting and smooth operations
Supplier Performance Management
- Develop and maintain spend profile, savings profile and financial performance for critical enterprise vendors; regularly update the Financial Workbooks with overall spend information and manage purchase orders for select vendors
- Regularly audit information provided by our vendors to ensure highest level of accuracy and compliance with ETS requirements. This includes reviewing SLA information, Root Cause Analysis submitted by vendors, and annual contractual deliverables
- Hold our vendors accountable to complete contractual documents, artifacts invoices on SharePoint
- Project Manage contract changes and other deliverables owned by the Vendor Management Office
- Act as the custodian of master data for contractually binding SLAs (service level agreements) & KPIs (key performance indicators), key risks indicators and other operational excellence metrics across EVM and all ETS’ suppliers, and support in effective contractual compliance and performance reviews of Suppliers
- Liaise with other ETS teams for internal reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Familiarity with vendor contracts and contractual obligations
- Ability to manage service levels, KPIs and work with data to support decision making
- Strong planning, organizationaland documentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in using PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, OR SPECIAL LICENSES
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4+ years in vendor management, performance management, contracts management
- 3+ years in financial analysis or data analytics
- 4+ years of experience working and collaborating with cross functional & global stakeholders in a matrix organization
