Role - Supplier Development/ Purchasing / Supplier Quality Analyst
Desired Experience Range - 5 to 12 years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and capable of working with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and task management.
• Familiarity with supplier relationships or automotive manufacturing a plus.
Good-to-Have
Experience in two wheeler industry, SAP Experience, Power BI, Tableau
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Compile monthly debit packages per the warranty program requirements, based on warranty data and supplier allocation.
- Process and track supplier part return requests, ensuring traceability and timely response from suppliers.
- Create, monitor and manage the performance of reports and dashboards, complete data validation, and resolve warranty data integrity issues.
- Partner with Client to understand business requirements and develop warranty data products to meet them.
- Provide BI system user support through training and query resolution to ensure the most effective usage of BI data.
- Identify, analyze and interpret warranty trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Assess current state reporting activities and develop robust solutions to automate and optimize.
- Experience with Visualization Software (ie. PowerBI) and Coding (e.g., R, Python, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Respond to supplier inquiries regarding debit data, part requests, and claim details.
- Maintain organized documentation of claim status, communication logs, and credit tracking.
- Support cross-functional meetings with suppliers by preparing data summaries.
- Escalate unresolved data or part issues to the team lead or supervisor.
- Responsible for negotiation, contract management and change management
- Measuring quality, cost, and delivery performance of all suppliers which includes RFx Management, Price Finalization and Logistics and Quality support.

- Conduct PPAP planning with Suppliers
- Work Closely all Product Deviation notice and work for resolutions
- Supplier Process audit and report documentation.
- Recommendations for areas of supplier focus.
- Generally Sheetmetal, Plastic and Rubber components

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across global time zones.
- Cultural sensitivity when dealing with international suppliers and internal teams.
- Other pertinent activities as required.
