Supervisor Merchandiser

Role Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring that all Pepsi brands are effectively merchandised and be accountable for on-time implementation of in-store sales and marketing activities as per MenaBev standards, by effectively managing a team of merchandisers.

Accountabilities:

• Communicate and cascade daily execution plan (Promotional displays, deliveries, new launches, cooler upsizing and relocation to prime location, store inventories and other store related activities) to merchandisers to ensure achievement of the monthly promotions display plan.
• Visit all accounts as per the monthly merchandizing schedule in TT with the objective of ensuring 100% merchandiser call completion.
• Lead and direct team members in building in-store promotional displays, as per MenaBev standards, with the objective of maximizing in-store brand presence.
• Responsible for all MenaBev store display units, promotional gift items and free drinks for special events arranged by marketing.
• Build and maintain customer relationship by resolving field problems and customer related issues.
• Realize better ROI by maintaining and properly utilizing all MenaBev assets/trade equipment and provide visibility to the management by compiling the weekly audit report.
• Always ensure full visibility into merchandising operations by building and submitting monthly promotion tracker and display implementation report on time.
• Monitor CDA compliance and report deviations to the management and ensure implementation of all short-term promotional contracts.
• Monitoring and effective execution of all merchandising responsibilities in assigned accounts by conducting regular market visits.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of frontline merchandizing and supervisory experience in supermarkets / hypermarkets. & retails store.
• High school education with proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge and a flair for designing POS material and displays.
• Physically fit and enthusiastic individual.
• Valid driver's license.
