Job Description

Job Role:Supervisor / Junior Engineer – Moulding

Background: Iron Foundry

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Moulding Supervisor

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience with Iron Casting Foundry Background (Green Sand Mould).
Qualification: D.M.E & B.E (Mech).
To organize the molding activities based on daily production plan.
To ensure sand and mold preparation as per parameters laid out in work instruction.
To ensure mold production as per targets set out by MRM.
To ensure quality of the castings as per requirements.
To maintain records related to molding.
To coordinate with melting department and ensure required quantity and quality of metal in time.
To maintain the traceability of the castings by providing heat code on castings attend weekly production meeting and present records and statistics related to quality and quantity of castings produced.
Maintain and ensure for Shop Floor 5S
