We are looking for an experienced Talent Development/Succession Planning Expert to oversee all offshore resources assigned across multiple projects.
Your Responsibilities
The role focuses on partnering with business leaders to drive people development, talent management, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor, aligning people strategies with business goals while strengthening capability, performance, and culture.
Lead our regional people-development agenda end-to-end—designing structured learning journeys from early career to leadership readiness, and closing critical technical/behavioral skill gaps across India, SEA, and MEA in tight partnership with People Leads and CC Leads.
