Job Title: Studio Operations Manager Location: Panjim, Goa (Work from Office) Experience: 4-6 years Budget: ?4.5 ? ?5 LPA Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Studio Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end- to-end operations of our studio and transmission facilities in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of technical equipment, coordinating with vendors, and handling emergency responses efficiently. Roles and responsibilities: ? Monitor & Log the performance of the complete audio chain from studio to the performance of 3KW FM Transmitter. UPS / DG / AC units, on a continuous basis & report any abnormalities to the Superiors immediately at Studio & Transmitter centers in coordination along with the Technicians on duty on either end. ? To monitor & log all Parameters whilst testing & running of the DG & AMF Panel during power failures, by ensuring that the optimum level of coolant & oil along with HSD is maintained. ? To update reports of technical discrepancies & maintenances done on a day-to-day basis both at the Studios & Transmitter, on a daily basis, for Electrical KWH Meter, LT & HT Panels, Volt & PF meters & report immediately to the authorities? if any variations or abnormalities are observed. ? To facilitate all OB requirements both at Studio & Venue as insisted upon by the authorities. Maintain the inventory of engineering tools equipment?s in stores, in good working order after necessary repairs & securing the same. ? Being present during breakdowns / Servicing & emergencies, to assist the superiors in carrying out fault / trouble shooting & overhaul of equipment in alterations or installation works. Experience & Skills: ? Relevant experience in studio and transmission operations, with the ability to manage the complete audio chain. ? Hands-on experience in dealing with technical vendors, DG sets, AC units, and AMC service providers. ? Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems. ? Proficient in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining audio broadcasting equipment. ? Ability to effectively supervise technical manpower and ensure timely issue resolution.
