*Role Description*

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage a team to ensure smooth functioning of the studio. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, coordinating team tasks and schedules, managing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for clients. Additionally, the Studio Manager will act as a key communication liaison between clients, the team, and other business units.

Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Proven ability in team leadership and team coordination.

Experience in sales and project management to drive studio operations and manage client projects.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle daily studio workflows.

Familiarity with Indian & Premium Furniture brands is a plus.

Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
